Day 1

On arrival at Venice Airport collect your luggage and make your way into the arrivals hall where your assistant will await you for your transfer to the hotel.
You will transfer as far as the boat house by car/driver service and then from the boat house by private water taxi.
Porterage service is not included however you may request this locally and pay for it directly to the porters.
Important: Luggage that exceeds one suitcase and one piece of carry‑on per person, waiting time which exceeds 10 minutes or any deviations to the transfer as originally booked are to be paid directly to the driver upon arrival at your destination.

Check in to Hotel St. Regis where you have your room reserved for 4 nights. Breakfast, service and taxes included. Any eventual city taxes not included and to be paid directly. Day 2

Venture into the Venetian Lagoon to explore the city's three principal islands.
Climb aboard a private water taxi with your guide and venture into the lagoon to visit the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello. You'll marvel at the mosaics of Torcello, learn how age‑old crafts like lace‑making have shaped their past and present, and enjoy a private tour at one of the city's oldest glass factories.

Join your guide for a glimpse of one of Italy's most sacred traditions – the aperitivo (Bacaro Tour).
As the sun sets over the city's canals, experience Venice's sacred aperitivo hour. Rely on your expert guide to mix trendsetting hotspots with traditional watering holes, where drinks are served with snacks known as cicchetti. Between one "cicchetto" and another you will become part of the real Venetian atmosphere, through the most mysterious and historical places that usually no tourist knows about when not accompanied by a true Venetian.

Day 3

Rialto Market visit & private cooking class.
Head to Rialto Market to visit the different food stalls and to select the freshest ingredients, before enjoying a walk through magical Venice towards the Santa Croce District, where your chef will be waiting for you to start your private cooking class at her home. At 1 pm, everybody sits together and the dishes you have prepared will be served including some special appetizers that the chef prepared during the lesson… Buon Appetito!

Experience Venice at dusk in a gondola and enjoy a Venetian aperitivo on board.
Nothing says Venice like a gondola rowed by a stripe‑shirted oarsman and the evening ritual of aperitivo. Your English‑speaking assistant will escort you to your awaiting Gondola and Gondolier; experience an amazing gondola ride complete with prosecco and tasty tapas‑like canapés called cicchetti as you cruise along intertwining secret canals.

Day 4

Join your local expert guide for a very special discovery of Venice, tailored specifically to your interests. Walk the back streets and learn more about the people and culture that make Venice so special – including Venice's fabulous food and wine.

Photographing Venice.
Focus on photography during your cultural walking tour. Bring your own camera (DSLR, compact, smartphone or tablet). Your guide, a professional photographer, will help with everything from basic techniques to professional tricks.

Day 5

Culinary tour of “Bologna the Fat” en route to Florence.
Today's transfer takes you through the farmlands of Emilia Romagna on your way to Florence. You'll stop en route in Bologna, known as La Grassa (the fat), for a tour of its rich food culture from mortadella to tortellini and chocolate to artisanal gelato. At the end of the tour, continue over the Northern Apennines into Tuscany.

Check in to Hotel Lungarno where you have your room reserved for 4 nights. Breakfast, service and taxes included. Any eventual city taxes not included and to be paid directly. Day 6

The Gallery of the Uffizi hosts masterpieces of Botticelli, Leonardo, Michelangelo and Raphael. Then visit the Gallery of the Academy of Fine Arts, home to Michelangelo's David. The walk between museums leads through Florence's historic core: Piazza della Signoria and the cathedral square.

Hiking in Fiesole with panoramic picnic.
Transfer to Fiesole for an easy walk to San Francesco church and convent. Enjoy a downhill hike to a panoramic spot and a well‑deserved picnic in a secret garden surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.

Truffle hunt & tagliatelle class en route to Chianti.
Meet Fabrizio, Camilla and truffle dog Isis. After searching for truffles, Camilla teaches traditional pasta‑making techniques. Enjoy lunch on a terrace overlooking vineyards and olive groves before continuing to your countryside resort. Check in to Relais Borgo San Felice for 5 nights. Breakfast, service and taxes included. Any city taxes to be paid directly. Once a ghost town, the relais now offers rustic‑chic rooms, a wellness center, Michelin‑star dining and an award‑winning winery.

Day 10
