- The physical executive lounge found inside certain properties (for example, the Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong). It is a club lounge, not a booking program - unrelated to Fan Club membership.

An advisor’s honest take
- The suite credit changes the math. Rooms get $100 for dining or spa; suites get $100 dining plus $100 spa. On a two-night stay the extra credit alone can cover a good part of the room-to-suite difference, so we always price both.
- Not every hotel gives the same credit. Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur give a reduced dining credit, Qianmen Beijing an enhanced one. We quote the exact figure for your hotel rather than the program headline.
- Upgrades are a priority, not a promise. “Next category, subject to availability” is the rule. The exceptions are the few properties that confirm the upgrade at booking - we tell you which.
- Offers rotate. Fall for Longer ends on 31 October 2026, and the year-round offers can change terms without notice. What we quote is what is valid on the day.
- Miami is gone. Mandarin Oriental, Miami closed in May 2025, and a new Mandarin Oriental is planned on the same site for around 2030. Boston, New York, Canouan and Santiago are the current options in the Americas.
