Is the credit always USD 100?
No. The credit is set per property and scales with the number of nights. For example, U.S. Langham properties apply roughly USD 50 for one night, USD 100 for two nights and USD 125 for three or more. Properties outside the U.S. issue credits in local currency, which may differ. We'll confirm the exact amount for your chosen hotel.
Is there a minimum stay to qualify?
No minimum stay is required. Benefits apply whether it's a one-night getaway or an extended stay, though the credit amount may scale with the number of nights.
Can Couture benefits be combined with other promotions?
Often, yes - Couture benefits can frequently be combined with eligible hotel offers, depending on each property's policy. The same benefit cannot be applied twice. Ask us about combinable offers for your dates.
Does it cost more to book a Couture by Langham rate?
No. Couture room and suite rates match the standard rates published on Langham's website and other booking sites. The VIP perks are included at no extra cost, and Stars Desk charges no booking fee.
Can I book a Couture by Langham rate myself?
