Aman at Sea’s inaugural season aboard Amangati begins in May 2027 in the Mediterranean. The maiden voyage departs Palma de Mallorca on 7 May 2027, sailing to Nice, and the Mediterranean season runs through October 2027. A winter Caribbean season follows from 21 November 2027 through 2 January 2028.

Aman at Sea is the maritime division of the Aman Group, whose owner and CEO is Vladislav Doronin; the Aman brand was founded in 1988 by Adrian Zecha. The sea business is a joint venture between the Aman Group and Cruise Saudi - the cruise-development arm of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund - operated through the entity Neptune Co. Aman at Sea’s CEO is Jonathan Wilson.

Amangati welcomes a maximum of 94 guests across 47 suites, with 5 additional Host Suites for nannies, personal staff or security. The yacht operates with 207 crew, a 2:1 crew-to-guest ratio - among the highest in the luxury yacht segment.

Five-night voyages start from $38,500 per suite (Deluxe category, priced by suite rather than per person). Six- and seven-night voyages start from roughly $46,000–$48,000 per suite, with early-booking pricing on seven-night voyages reaching about $54,600 for larger suites. The top-tier Aman Suite commands approximately $25,000–$30,000 per night. Full charters are quoted on request.

Not in the conventional cruise sense. Amangati follows an Aman resort-style model: dining at the main restaurant Alira, in-suite breakfast, soft drinks, beer, Starlink Wi-Fi, daily laundry, watersports and gratuities are included, while premium wines and spirits, the specialty restaurants, spa treatments and shore excursions are charged separately.

Included: suite accommodation, daily in-suite breakfast, unlimited dining at Alira, light bites and gelato, non-alcoholic beverages and beer, all onboard gratuities, watersports and fitness access, complimentary Starlink Wi-Fi, daily laundry and enrichment programs. Additional: premium beverages, specialty restaurants (Akari, Hiori, Aman Grill), spa treatments, optional shore experiences and pre/post-hotel arrangements.

Amangati is the smallest of the three by guest count (94 vs Ritz-Carlton’s 298–452 and Four Seasons’ ~200), the only one with a 2:1 crew ratio, and the only one with a resort-style (not all-inclusive) pricing model. The Aman Spa at 12,817 sq ft is the largest at sea. Four Seasons offers larger top-tier suites and is fully bed-and-breakfast/all-inclusive; Ritz-Carlton sits in the middle on scale and pricing.

Preferred suites and event-timed itineraries - the Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix and the Venice Grand Canal sunset passage - typically sell out 6–12 months in advance, and pricing on later 2027 departures has already risen. Early booking secures the best selection for the inaugural Mediterranean and Caribbean seasons.

Yes. The minimum age is 6 months. Infants (6 months to under 2 years) can share a suite with parents (up to three guests per suite). Children aged 2 and over must occupy a separate suite with a parent or guardian, and guests under 18 must travel with a responsible adult. Under-18s cannot use the spa, Fitness Studio or jacuzzis, and some excursions have age limits. Connecting Premier Suites and Host Suites for nannies are available.

Complimentary Starlink Wi-Fi is reliable for email, browsing and video calls. Heavy streaming may be limited at sea, offering the option to disconnect. Premium upgrades are available.

Yes. Full charters provide exclusive use of all 47 suites and 5 Host Suites, every dining and lounge venue, the Selora Marina and the Aman Spa, with custom itineraries, event planning, customizable event spaces (including helipads), unlimited dining at Alira, all gratuities and dedicated hosts. A 25% deposit per suite confirms the reservation, with final payment due 150 days before departure. Cancellations up to 150 days before departure incur a $1,000 administrative fee per suite (credited toward future bookings within 12 months); after 150 days the fare is non-refundable. Amangati is built at T. Mariotti in Genoa to international maritime safety standards and registered in Malta (Valletta). Crew training, medical staffing and onboard protocols meet or exceed ultra-luxury standards. The Captain has full authority to adjust itineraries for weather or safety, substituting alternative ports as needed - flexibility the yacht’s size makes possible.

Amangati is T. Mariotti’s first dual-fuel newbuild, capable of running on marine diesel and green methanol - reducing carbon-dioxide emissions by up to 95% compared with conventional marine fuels - complemented by battery-hybrid systems that lower noise and allow access to less-trafficked harbours and shallow anchorages larger ships cannot reach.

Exterior and interior design is by SINOT Yacht Architecture & Design, a Netherlands-based superyacht studio; construction is at the T. Mariotti shipyard in Genoa, Italy. Amangati is operated by Neptune Co., the joint venture between the Aman Group and Cruise Saudi.

The 2027 inaugural season is Mediterranean (7 May – 10 October), covering the Balearics, French and Italian Rivieras, Corsica, Capri, the Dalmatian Coast, and the Ionian and Aegean Islands. A winter Caribbean season follows (21 November 2027 – 2 January 2028) across the Leeward Islands, Windward Islands and Dutch Caribbean, preceded by a transatlantic wellness crossing from Málaga to Antigua.
