Hyatt Prive offers: current hotel promotions and how they work

It usually takes one of three shapes: a percentage off the rate (most often 15% to 33%), an extra resort credit stacked on the standard one, or something in kind such as a private airport transfer, a set dinner or a spa treatment. Most are combinable with your standard Prive benefits, and none of them cost more than booking the same hotel direct.
The catch worth knowing up front: this list turns over roughly every month. Hotels load offers with their own booking deadlines, and a large share of them expire together at the end of a month. The table below is deliberately limited to the offers that run through the end of 2026 and into 2027, so what you read here stays true for a whole season. What a Hyatt Prive offer is, and what it is not
These are two different things and mixing them up costs people money.
The standard Prive benefits are the ones every participating hotel gives on every Prive booking: the room upgrade, daily breakfast for two, the property credit, priority early check-in and late check-out. Those never expire and they do not depend on any promotion. They are covered in full on the Hyatt Prive page.
A Prive offer is temporary and property-specific: one hotel sets it, for one period. Park Hyatt St. Kitts adding a USD 500 resort credit for stays of four nights or more is an offer. Alila Napa Valley taking 33% off every room type for three-night stays is an offer. Both sit on top of the standard benefits rather than replacing them, and both disappear on a fixed date.
What an offer is not: a discount code you can enter yourself. Prive is booked by an authorized advisor at the same flexible rate published on Hyatt.com, so there is nothing to type in at checkout. It also does not apply to award stays booked with World of Hyatt points, or to Member Rate, AAA, corporate and third-party bookings.
How offers stack with your standard benefits
In most cases they simply add. A 25% discount at Hyatt Vancouver Downtown Alberni comes with the daily breakfast, the property credit and the upgrade attached as usual. Alila Villas Uluwatu is the cleanest example of stacking: its offer is an additional USD 150 resort credit layered on the USD 100 the hotel already gives, so you arrive with USD 250 to spend.
There are exceptions, and they are worth asking about rather than assuming. Some hotels cap a percentage discount so it cannot combine with a second promotion. Group bookings of ten rooms or more usually fall outside the offer entirely. Blackout dates apply at resorts during holiday weeks. We confirm the exact combination in writing before anything is booked, which is the part that is hard to do for yourself.
How to read a booking window
Every offer carries two dates, and people regularly read the wrong one.
- Book by is the deadline for making the reservation. Miss it and the offer is gone even if your travel dates are far away.
- Stays through is the window your travel has to fall inside. It often runs months past the booking deadline.
Hana-Maui Resort shows why the distinction matters: its 30% discount has to be booked by 30 June 2027, but it covers stays all the way to December 2027. Book early and you hold a rate for travel more than a year out. The reverse trap is a short booking deadline on a generous offer, which is why the majority of the offers Hyatt currently has loaded expire on the last day of this month.

The offers that are not on this page
At the time of writing we track more than 150 active Prive offers across 107 hotels. Only the 43 above are published here, because the rest carry booking deadlines inside the next few weeks and a page that lists them goes stale before most people finish planning a trip.
That shorter list is not the whole picture, and it should not be the basis of your decision. If the hotel you want is not in the tables, it may still have something live right now, or a new offer may load on the first of the month. Send us the hotel and your dates and we check every current offer against them, including the ones that never make it onto a public page.
An advisor's honest take
A percentage discount is not automatically the better deal. On a USD 400 room for two nights, a 15% offer saves you USD 120 while a standard property credit of USD 100 plus breakfast for two is worth roughly the same and costs you no minimum stay. The discounts only pull clearly ahead on long stays and expensive suites, which is exactly why most of them carry a three-night or five-night floor.
The offers that are genuinely hard to value are the in-kind ones. A private airport transfer in Paris or Milan is worth real money if you were going to book a car anyway, and worth nothing if you take the train. The Maldives credits are the opposite: at a resort where lunch runs USD 80 a head, a USD 250 or USD 300 credit is close to cash.
And the plain truth about timing: most of these expire at the end of a month, all at once. If a hotel in the tables above is on your list, the booking deadline is the constraint, not your travel dates.

Can I combine a Hyatt Prive offer with the standard Prive benefits?
Usually yes. Most hotel offers are written to sit on top of the standard benefit set, so a discount or an extra credit arrives alongside the room upgrade, daily breakfast for two and the property credit. Some hotels restrict it, particularly on group bookings of ten rooms or more and during holiday blackout dates. We confirm the exact combination for your hotel in writing before booking.
Can I get these offers by booking on Hyatt.com?
No. Prive offers are attached to the Prive rate, which can only be booked by an authorized Prive advisor. There is no code to enter and no public portal. The rate itself is the same flexible rate published on Hyatt.com, so the booking costs you nothing more than doing it yourself, and the offer plus the standard benefits are what you gain.
Why is your list shorter than the number of offers you say exist?
Because most Prive offers have booking deadlines at the end of the current month. Publishing all of them would mean most of this page was untrue within weeks. We list the ones that run through the season and check the full set live against your dates instead.
How often do Hyatt Prive offers change?
The bulk of them turn over monthly, with new offers loading at the start of a month and a large group expiring together on the last day. A smaller set runs for a full season or longer. We review this page every quarter and check the live list any time you ask about a specific hotel.
Do Prive offers work on award stays booked with World of Hyatt points?
No. Prive attaches to a paid flexible rate, so points redemptions are outside the program, as are Member Rate, AAA, corporate and third-party bookings. Your stay still earns World of Hyatt points and elite night credit in the normal way when you book a Prive rate, and your elite benefits stack on top. The detail is on the Hyatt Prive page.

Does every Hyatt Prive hotel have an offer?
No. Roughly 107 of the participating hotels have something live at any given moment, out of a program that spans several hundred properties.
