General Booking & Policies
What is the policy on gratuities and tipping?
Four Seasons Yachts operates on a no-pressure tipping culture. Shipboard employees are fairly compensated, and there is no expectation for additional tips.
That said, guests may:
Add gratuities for exceptional service on food & beverage or spa purchases at the time of payment
Offer personal recognition to crew members at their discretion for extraordinary service
This approach ensures service feels genuine, refined, and never transactional.
What happens if I join a waitlist for a fully booked voyage?
If your preferred voyage is fully booked, you may join the waitlist with a $2,500 deposit per suite.
If your desired suite becomes available, the deposit is credited toward your voyage fare
If space does not open up, the deposit is fully refunded
Stars Desk closely monitors waitlisted sailings and often secures space when cancellations occur.
