General Booking & Policies

What is the policy on gratuities and tipping?

Four Seasons Yachts operates on a no-pressure tipping culture. Shipboard employees are fairly compensated, and there is no expectation for additional tips.

That said, guests may:

  • Add gratuities for exceptional service on food & beverage or spa purchases at the time of payment

  • Offer personal recognition to crew members at their discretion for extraordinary service

This approach ensures service feels genuine, refined, and never transactional.

What happens if I join a waitlist for a fully booked voyage?

If your preferred voyage is fully booked, you may join the waitlist with a $2,500 deposit per suite.

  • If your desired suite becomes available, the deposit is credited toward your voyage fare

  • If space does not open up, the deposit is fully refunded

Stars Desk closely monitors waitlisted sailings and often secures space when cancellations occur.

Group & Charter Bookings

What are the size requirements for group or charter bookings?

Four Seasons Yachts welcomes everything from small celebrations to full yacht charters:

    5–9 suites | Up to 20 guests

  • Contract Groups:
    10+ suites | 21+ guests

  • Full Yacht Charters:
    31+ suites or more than 60 guests

  • Available from 4 PM on embarkation day

  • Available 24/7 for the remainder of the voyage

  • All meals are à la carte, including children’s menus

Can special dietary needs be accommodated?

Are Kosher options available?
